Fruit Fly Protocol-approved by BAPHIQ and provided to industry 29/07/10 for Netarines and Peaches to Taiwan.

We have been advised that Taiwan’s MRL standards are available on the Taiwan Department of Health Food Safety website:
http://food.doh.gov.tw/english/Acts_Regulations/Foodsafety.asp

Under Acts & Regulation you will find ‘Standards for Pesticide Residue Limits in Foods’ for the latest update on pesticides:
http://food.doh.gov.tw/chinese/ruler/殘留農藥安全容許量英文版.doc

There are still some proposed MRLs pending to be enforced.

Also please note that stonefruit (peach, plum, Japanese apricot) and cherries may also be classified under ‘Pome” (see appendix table 4 of the standards) for some chemicals rather than individually.

16. Pome = Apple, pear, peach, plum, Japanese apricot, cherry, jujubes, persimmon, etc..
